How will GM market this in the US? After Saturn two Astra generations ago and Buick one Astra generation ago, what will it be this time?

Well, the Buick Verano is a last-gen Astra. Kinda. The Saturn Astra was the Opel Astra before that last one.

If there’s a sedan version, it’ll be a Buick. Otherwise it won’t be coming here.

There will be a wagon version, obviously, but I’m not sure about a sedan. In Europe, especially in Western Europe, sedans in this segment aren’t very popular and usually not even available. There is a sedan version of the current Astra though, similar to the Verano, but I doubt I’ve seen more than a few.

If they want to sell it in China, they’ll make a sedan. I don’t know if they are planning on that though.
